All of our smoke ring products are very easy to prepare. It is literally as easy boiling water. Submerge the ring in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Once the water boils turn down and gently simmer for 10 minutes. Your Kielbasi is cooked and ready to serve. If you wish to remove the casing, pour out the hot water and submerge the cooked ring in cold water for approximately 2 minutes. Then remove from the water with a sharp knife, slit lenghtwise through the casing and peel the casing off. The Kielbasi will still be warm but the casing will be removed.

All of our Grillers are fully cooked and ready to eat. You can heat them through in any way that you desire. Because they have a natural casing, they will have a snap like an old-fashioned hot dog. We suggest that you put little slits in the casing about a half inch down each side. If you are grilling, slit before you put them on the grill, but if you wish to boil them, put the slits in after you remove them from the water. They are great on a George Foreman grill, and can also be done in the microwave if you are in a hurry.

Simplest of all, are our Stix. Just place them in your mouth and chew thoroughly, enjoying the flavor.
